Measurements WITHOUT SAMPLE PREPARATION for any application in the aluminum, plastics and rubber industry. The basis of dimensional measurements, is a good sample preparation. Especially very small, thin walled and soft parts (for example micro extrusion or rubber seals with carriers etc.), are not measurable with this technology. The sample preparation required would strongly deform the cut edge and the associated dimensional structure of the profile. Consequence: the measurement result is unusable. With promex CT, even highly complex parts can be measured without proper sample preparation. Our state-of-the-art solution, based on computed tomography, ensures precise and reliable quality control.

promex EXPERT

promex EXPERT enables measurements directly at the press and is predestined for easy handling and fast measurement results in combination with high tolerance requirements.
The system is completely insensitive against dirt, vibrations and temperature – by this fast and corrective interventions into the current production are possible to avoid rejects.

promex ADVANCED FAST

promex ADVANCED FAST is our combined solution for measuring in the lab or right at the press.
It is protected against dirt and temperature by it’s special housing.
Through using our flip function, you also can measure larger profiles by manually turning around the sample.

promex BASIC FAST

promex BASIC FAST is our entry level system for measurements in the lab.
Fast measurement are guaranteed as all systems are equipped with a digital camera and a telecentric lens.
Just connect the system to a computer and you are ready to go!
Through using our flip function you can also measure larger profiles by a manual flip of the sample.

Requirements for the sample preparation: burr-free, flat and rectangular.
